The outreach phase is a time where we go out from The King’s Lodge to practically live out and share all that God taught us in the lecture phase. It is here that we want to be the fragrance of Jesus to a world in need.
The book of Romans tells us, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?” (Romans 10:13-14)
This is the reason we go on outreach. We go to tell and show people that the God of the Bible is also the God of today. It’s an opportunity to give all people a chance to call upon Jesus’ name and be saved. We hunger to see the blind receive sight, the deaf made to hear, the lame to walk, sick to be healed, and spiritually-dead raised to new life in Jesus Christ. We desire to see the captives set free!
