Step One

Download and complete the relevant application form by clicking on the buttons below (either DTS/EFM application form or the Second Level School application form such as for SBS or Discover Nations).

Once completed, email your completed application form to registrar@thekingslodge.org

Step Two

Pay the £35 non refundable application fee (see information below).

Step Three

Our Registrar team will be in contact as soon as possible and will send you some other parts of the application, such as reference forms to be given to referees to complete and a personal health disclosure. They will also ask you to send a scanned copy of your passport information page, your DTS certificate (if applicable) and a relevant police background check.

Payment of Courses/Application Fee

**The balance of your course fees must be paid before coming or at registration.

There are four options for payment of fees:

Option 1

PayPal or Credit/Debit Card – Payment by card can be done through our website: https://thekingslodge.com/give/

Please make sure you select what you are paying for (e.g. Registration Fee, or Lecture Phase fee if you are paying your course fees).

Card payments sometimes deduct fees on any transaction. For the current charges, please email accounts@thekingslodge.org, and please make allowances to the charges in calculating how much to pay us.

Option 2

National or International Bank Transfer

Option 3

A Cheque or Banker’s Draft from a British bank account – made payable to “YWAM”.

Option 4

Cash in British Pounds Sterling. (On arrival – for payment of the balance of fees. Please do not send cash through the post).

For administrative reasons we cannot accept foreign currency or cheques from non-British bank accounts. If you have any further questions, then please get in touch.

Please note: additional fees will be charged for trainees staying at TKL before, between (e.g. during holidays), and after term times, at the current hospitality rates – which you will find on our website.
