Read below what a Mega-Outreach is all about. Although Coventry is not a developing world community, we have an opportunity right on our doorstep this year to serve and bless the nations coming to the UK!
The heart of Mega-Outreach is for a body of diverse Christians, committed to living out Kingdom principles, to share their faith and practical skills with developing-world communities in need.
The first Mega-Outreach whisked TKL staff, trainees and friends from local churches away to the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. We learned how to live out a Jesus-centred life in our different areas of strengths and experiences, and this outreach brought us together to make an impact. Partnering with Filipino Christians, we reached the both the poorest and local government officials with the Good News.
Since 2005, hundreds from The King’s Lodge and local churches have ministered through Mega-Outreach in the Philippines and South Africa.
The King’s Lodge is inviting Christians of all ages, church backgrounds and nationalities to join us.
We often minister to orphans, prisoners, street people, and churches with music, drama, healthcare, relief work, prayers, testimonies, and the love of Jesus. This has been a life-changing experience for those who have joined us over the years, as we’ve watched God transform many lives in amazing ways.
