Many of our 50-65 staff are involved in schools.

At the same time our focus can only come to full blossom through our support staff serving in departments in and around the house. We see every facet of our departments as parts of the body serving each other’s purpose; every role in the running of our base as an expression of worship.

We are looking for people with ‘hands-on’ skills at this point. But our heart is that each staff member also has opportunities for overseas Mission experiences, getting a taste of the wider Mission field.
